The community of Kincaid, Illinois, is mourning the death of Angela Marie Pezze, who passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield at the age of 53. Her passing has left family, friends, and loved ones remembering a woman known for her kindness, warmth, and welcoming spirit.
Angela was born on December 15, 1972, in Taylorville, Illinois, to Anthony and Christina (Bouvet) Pezze. She attended and worked at the Christian County Mental Health Association in Taylorville and was a member of Midland United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed helping with church activities. She was also known for her love of life, friendly nature, and ability to make everyone around her feel comfortable.
Those who knew Angela will remember her caring personality, joyful presence, and the lasting impression she made on the people she met. She enjoyed trying her luck at slot machines and cherished the simple moments that brought happiness to her life.
Angela is survived by her parents, Tony and Christina Pezze; siblings Beth Kidd (Randy), Kyle Enlow, and Tiffany Wubker; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gene and Phyllis Bouvet, and cousin Stacey Groves.
A memorial service for Angela will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Midland United Methodist Church in Kincaid, with Pastor Lindsey Young officiating. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.
